“Imagination is everything. It is a preview of life’s coming attractions.” – Albert Einstein

Caretech has done it friends!

What was once the embryo of an idea – a spark of imagining – is now a demonstratable, functional and operational prototype of the Strategic Intelligent Packaging (“SIP”) System. I want to thank our system integration partners, Natsoft Corporation and LocatorX for helping us reach such a significant milestone.  The company will now increase the fidelity and specifications of the SIP System as we move forward with our next phase – pilot programmes.

Now that Caretech has reached such a significant value inflection point, it is appropriate to take stock, and again reflect our focus on our big idea, and that is ‘We are harnessing Industry 4.0 to save lives, by the licencing of SIP system integration.’ Obviously, there are many challenges and complexities we must overcome to enact an idea as big as this. SIP does this by integrating the capabilities of current offerings in a simple interoperable way.

To dig into this a bit deeper, I would like to reflect on the meaning of the word ‘innovation’ because, in my opinion, if imagination is a preview of life’s coming attractions, then surely, in the context of healthcare as a business, innovation is the manifestation of imaginings.

A quick search turns up the following:

innovation

[ɪnəˈveɪʃ(ə)n]

NOUN

  1. the action or process of innovating.

“innovation is crucial to the continuing success of any organization”

synonyms:

change alteration revolution upheaval transformation metamorphosis reorganization restructuring rearrangement recasting remodelling renovation restyling variation new measures new methods new  devices novelty newness unconventionality modernization modernism a break with tradition a shift of emphasis a departure a change of direction transmogrification.

As we take a moment to reflect on the definition above, we are reminded that innovation is vital to the future provision of better healthcare and systems. We are reminded that such profound and futuristic change requires practical innovation when it comes to the realities of current systems, the extremely complex and diverse models of service delivery, siloed and inaccurate data collections, and varying regulatory requirements.

The SIP system now demonstrates that we can in actuality “Harness Industry 4.0 to save lives”, and with this fact now established, I look forward to updating you further as we expand SIP capabilities and services.
